On behalf of the Kyana Region Board, the Members and myself, I would like to extend a GREAT BIG THANK YOU! to Peter Gariepy, AACA Webmaster for his long hours and dedicated service to Kyana as we switch our website over. He has spent endless hours on the phone with me and working from his home to make sure our site was ready to go live on May 1, 2012.

Kyana @ the River Bats
Spend a day at the River Bats Game on Sunday, August 19, 2012 where they will be playing the Columbus Clippers (Indians). We will meet at Cox’s Park at 12:45 pm and leave promptly at 1:00 so we can arrive at the stadium by 1:30 pm. The game starts at 2:05 pm and will last for about two (2) hours. The All-you-can-eat meal begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. The group will be in the Right Field Patio Deck and it has a roof and will allow everyone to be in the shade.
There is a 2 hour all-you can-eat meal with hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, baked beans, mac and cheese, popcorn and Pepsi products. The price includes the game ticket, catering, taxes and service charge.
· A Minimum of 40 people is required to pre-order the All-you-can-eat package.
· I will need an estimated number of individuals that will attend prior to booking the reservation.
The cost for KYANA members is $10.00 each. Guest cost is $23.00 each.

Reservations must be received by June 30, 2012. I will have to make a final count and make the reservations by the 1st of July. Hope to see each of you there for good food and a local baseball game.

If you did not get your Roster at the Swap Meet, you can get them at the up-coming events. See John Brown. He will have them at both the Yell Dell Gardens trip and the Modeler's Show.
